    To make your trip official, we require written confirmation (email is perfect) and an initial payment. Once these are received, your booking is confirmed.

    Your responsibility: Please ensure all traveler information provided at the time of booking is accurate.

    Travel insurance: We strongly advise all our guests to obtain personal travel and medical insurance before departure, as participation is at the traveler’s own risk.

    Cancellation of trip

    The Traveler may terminate the Agreement prior to the start of the Trip by giving written notice (by email or WhatsApp). The date of receipt by Bharatvaas Travels applies as the cancellation date (cancellations received after 5:00 PM CET or on non-working days are deemed received on the next working day).

    In the event of cancellation by the Traveler, the following standardized cancellation charges apply:

    Important Notes:

    • If specific components of the trip (such as non-refundable flights, accommodation, activities, or events) carry stricter non-refundable terms from providers, these will be communicated prior to booking.
    • Standardized cancellation fees do not apply if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination that significantly affect the performance of the package travel or transport to the destination, in accordance with applicable package travel laws.
