To make your trip official, we require written confirmation (email is perfect) and an initial payment. Once these are received, your booking is confirmed.
Your responsibility: Please ensure all traveler information provided at the time of booking is accurate.
Travel insurance: We strongly advise all our guests to obtain personal travel and medical insurance before departure, as participation is at the traveler’s own risk.

Cancellation
We understand that sometimes life happens. If you need to cancel your trip, please submit your request to us in writing. Because we work directly with local partners and “entrepreneur-hoteliers” to secure your spots, the following cancellation charges apply based on when we receive your notice:
up to 90 days before arrival 5% fee
between 90–50 days before arrival 20% fee
between 49–30 days before arrival 70% fee
less than 30 days before arrival 100% fee
Internal flights or other non-refundable services will be billed in full, regardless of the time of cancellation.
